Fiducie
French law has recently allowed a contractual containment of assets: a “Fiducie”, similar to a Trust. EQUITIS is certified under French law (Art. 2015 du Code civil) to create and oversee such Fiducies. EQUITIS sets up and manages the Fiducie:
- Helps the “Constituant” (settler) and “Beneficiaire” (trustee) draft the contract ruling the Fiducie
- Reviews and validates the Fiducie's financial plan
