Prior to joining Equitis, Arthur was a legal counsel in various firms both in France and Luxembourg where he strengthened his M&A and Corporate Restructuring practice.

Also he was enrolled in several internships during his studies in International Law firms such as Herbert Smith, Weil Gotshal & Manges or Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer all completed in M&A and/or restructuring department.

French law has recently allowed a contractual containment of assets: a “Fiducie”, similar to a Trust.
